Common use of Records and Schedules of Equipment Clause in Contracts

Records and Schedules of Equipment. Borrower shall maintain accurate records itemizing and describing the kind, type, quality, quantity and value of its Equipment and all dispositions thereof, and shall furnish Agent with a current schedule containing the foregoing information upon request by Agent.
