Common use of Records and Schedules of Equipment Clause in Contracts

Records and Schedules of Equipment. Borrower shall maintain accurate records itemizing and describing the kind, type, quality, quantity and value of its Equipment and all dispositions made in accordance with Section 7.4 hereof, and shall furnish Lender with a current schedule containing the foregoing information on at least an annual basis and more often if requested by Lender.
