Records and Schedules of Equipment. Each Borrower shall keep accurate and complete records of its Equipment, and shall submit to Lender a current schedule thereof, at the times and in form satisfactory to Lender. Promptly upon request, Borrowers shall deliver to Lender evidence of their ownership or interests in any Equipment.
