Common use of Records and Schedules of Equipment Clause in Contracts

Records and Schedules of Equipment. Borrower shall keep records of its Equipment which shall be complete and accurate in all material respects itemizing and describing the kind, type, quality, quantity and book value of its Equipment and all dispositions made in accordance with subsection 8.2.9 hereof, and Borrower shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, furnish Agent with a current schedule containing the foregoing information on at least an annual basis and more often if reasonably requested by Agent. Promptly after the request therefor by Agent, Borrower shall deliver to Agent any and all evidence of ownership, if any, of any of its Equipment.
