The Contractor must keep records and other supporting documentation (original supporting documents) as evidence that the Contract is performed correctly and the expenses were actually incurred. These must be available for review upon XXXX’s request. The Contractor must keep all records and supporting documentation for 2 (years) years starting from the date of the last payment. If there are on-going checks, audits, investigations, appeals, litigation or pursuit of claims, the Contractor must keep the records and supporting documents until these procedures end.
