Common use of Records Created as Part of Contractor’s Performance Clause in Contracts

Records Created as Part of Contractor’s Performance. All reports, data, maps, models, charts, studies, surveys, photographs, memoranda, plans, studies, specifications, records, files, or any other documents or materials, in electronic or any other form, that Contractor prepares or obtains in accordance with this Agreement and that relate to the matters covered under the terms of this Agreement shall be the property of the City.

Records Created as Part of Contractor’s Performance. All reports, data, maps, models, charts, studies, surveys, photographs, memoranda, plans, studies, specifications, records, files, description of each vehicle towed, nature of service provided, start and end time of service, location of call, itemized costs of towing and storage, tow truck driver’s name, truck used, or any other documents or materials, in electronic or any other form, that Contractor prepares or obtains in accordance with this Agreement and that relate to the matters covered under the terms of this Agreement shall be the property of the City.
