Records Evaluation. 11.3.3.1.1 The AFEC shall assess the teaching faculty’s classroom records such as syllabi, handouts, tests, and/or assignments and grading rubrics. The AFEC shall also assess the timeliness of the submission of census rosters and final grade reports. This assessment shall be within the bounds of professional ethics and academic freedom. 11.3.3.1.2 The AFEC shall assess the counselor/librarian/learning disabilities specialist faculty’s maintenance of appropriate documentation. This assessment shall be within the bounds of professional ethics and academic freedom.
