Records Maintained at Project Site. Construction Manager will maintain at the Project Site copies of records of all documents relating to the Project, including all contracts, Submittals, permits, a current marked set of working Drawings and Specifications, including as-builts to facilitate the preparation of record drawings, subcontracts, orders for materials, equipment and/or supplies and governmental, commercial and technical standards and specifications. At a time prior to Substantial Completion, Construction Manager will deliver duplicates of such documents to Owner. a. Construction Manager will be responsible for tagging assets with QR codes as construction progresses as directed by the Owner.
