Common use of Records of Communication Clause in Contracts

Records of Communication. ‌ (a) OptiComm will make and maintain records of any communication that OptiComm has with an End-user concerning the Customer’s goods or services. OptiComm is not obliged to provide these records to the Customer except as required in the course of resolving a dispute with the Customer concerning Services to the relevant End-user. (b) For the purposes of clauses 13.2 to 13.4, inclusive, a 'communication' includes any form of written or verbal communication.
