RECORDS OF NON. PUBLIC NOTICE ACTIONS. For Non-Public 1.3.1. 2, the Pueblo shall compile and retain records of those actions by January 31 and July 31 of each year. Upon a Party’s request, the Pueblo shall grant reasonable access to such records. The requesting Party shall pay any reasonable associated document reproduction costs.
