Common use of Records of the Company; Void Transfers Clause in Contracts

Records of the Company; Void Transfers. The Company agrees that it will record the Transfer of Interests on its books only in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Any purported Transfer of an Interest by a Member that is not in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement will be null and void, and the Transferee under any such purported Transfer will acquire no title or ownership thereby.
