Records Retention by the Contractor. The Contractor shall keep and maintain all training records and certifications, SDS’s, first report of injury and illness requiring first aid or additional medical professional treatment. The Contractor shall keep and maintain all such records for at least five years beyond Contract termination and make all records available to the Department or Customer upon request.
