Records Standards. The CONTRACTOR agrees to maintain records that will provide accurate, current and complete disclosure of the status of each program, including, but not limited to, participants, financial, and program operations. The books of account and records must be maintained in sufficient detail to permit the Awarding Agency, the Pass-through Entity (if applicable), Worksystems and their duly authorized representatives to verify how the contract funds were expended or utilized. CONTRACTOR shall safeguard and maintain the confidentiality of all program records and documents through proper accounting and program procedures and practices. CONTRACTOR must comply with the standards in the most recent versions of appropriate Uniform Administrative Requirements and Worksystems policies and procedures.

Records Standards. The Subrecipient shall maintain and safeguard hardcopy and electronic project records and documents and evidence of accounting procedures and practices. Records must be sufficient to justify all payments claimed and paid under this contract. Subrecipient shall not publish, transfer, sell, or otherwise disclose any confidential information gained through this Contract unless:

  • Property Standards Owner must maintain the Unit, and any common areas of the property accessible to the Tenant under the Lease, in decent, safe and sanitary condition and comply with all applicable state or local codes and requirements for rental properties. Upon notice by the Program Administrator following any inspection (whether conducted in-person or virtually in accordance with the Program guidelines), Owner will promptly correct any violations of Program requirements and this Contract. If the Owner fails to correct such violations, the Program Administrator may terminate this Contract and the Rental Assistance Payment even if the Tenant continues occupancy under the Lease. Each Party agrees to supply the other Party, upon request, with a reasonable number of samples of any Materials publicly disseminated by such Party which utilize the other Party's Marks. Each Party will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs and obtain any required government approvals pertaining to use of the other Party's marks.

  • ETHICAL STANDARDS a. Distributor and each of its sub-distributors will comply with the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and without derogating from the generality of the foregoing, will not have its directors, officers or employees, directly or indirectly, offer, promise or pay any bribes or other improper payments for the purposes of promoting and/or selling Products to any individual, corporation, government official or agency or other entity. No gift, benefit or contribution in any way related to MEC or the promotion and/or sale of Products will be made to political or public officials or candidates for public office or to political organizations, regardless of whether such contributions are permitted by local laws.

  • Accounting System Requirement The Contractor shall maintain an adequate system of accounting and internal controls that meets Generally Accepted Accounting Principles or “GAAP.”

  • Professional Standards The Contractor agrees to maintain the professional standards applicable to its profession and to Contractors doing business in the United States Virgin Islands.

  • REPORT STANDARDS Reports or written material prepared by the Contractor in response to the requirements of this Contract or request of the Project Officer shall, unless otherwise provided for in the Contract, meet standards of professional writing established for the type of report or written material provided, shall be thoroughly researched for accuracy of content, shall be grammatically correct and not contain spelling errors, shall be submitted in a format approved in advance by the Project Officer, and shall be submitted for advance review and comment by the Project Officer. The cost of correcting grammatical errors, correcting report data, or other revisions required to bring the report or written material into compliance with these requirements shall be borne by the Contractor. When submitting documents to APS, The Contractor shall comply with the following guidelines: All submittals and copies shall be printed on at least thirty percent (30%) recycled-content and/or tree-free paper; All submittals must be in the required tabular format in a binder. Report covers / binders shall be recyclable, made from recycled materials, and/or easily removable to allow for recycling of report pages (reports with glued bindings that meet all other requirements are acceptable); The use of plastic covers or dividers should be avoided; and Unnecessary attachments or documents not specifically asked for should not be submitted, and superfluous use of paper should be avoided.
