Procedures and Practices. (a) The members of the Works Committee may:
(i) adopt such procedures and practices for the conduct of the activities of the Works Committee as they consider appropriate from time to time;
(ii) invite to any meeting of the Works Committee such other persons as the members of the Works Committee may agree;
(iii) exclude from any meeting of the Works Committee such persons as the members of the Works Committee may agree; and
(iv) receive and review reports from any person or organization agreed to by the members of the Works Committee.
(b) Once established, the Works Committee shall meet at least once each month from Financial Close until the Final Completion Date, unless otherwise agreed by the members of the Works Committee or the Parties.
(c) Any one of the Project Co Representatives or the Contracting Authority Representatives on the Works Committee may convene a special meeting of the Works Committee at any time. Special meetings of the Works Committee may be convened on not less than five Business Days’ Notice to all members of the Works Committee identifying the agenda items to be discussed at the special meeting, provided that, in an Emergency, a meeting may be called at any time on such Notice as may be reasonable in the circumstances.
(d) Unless otherwise agreed by the members of the Works Committee, the Works Committee shall meet in the City of Toronto, Ontario. Meetings of the Works Committee may be held by means of such telephonic, electronic or other communication facilities as permit all persons participating in the meeting to communicate with each other simultaneously and instantaneously. A person participating in a meeting by such means will be deemed to be present at such meeting, provided that each member of the Works Committee must attend in person at least once each calendar quarter.
(e) Three representatives appointed by Contracting Authority (one of whom shall be the Contracting Authority Representative) and two representatives appointed by Project Co (one of whom shall be the Project Co Representative) shall constitute a quorum at any meeting of the Works Committee. A quorum of members may exercise all the powers of the Works Committee. The members shall not transact business at a meeting of the Works Committee unless a quorum is present.
(f) Minutes of all meetings, recommendations and decisions of the Works Committee, including those made by telephone or other form of communication, shall be recorded and maintained by Project Co. Pr...

Procedures and Practices. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the members of the Liaison Committee may adopt such procedures and practices for the conduct of the activities of the Liaison Committee as they consider appropriate from time to time and:

Procedures and Practices. (a) The members of the Works Committee may: adopt such procedures and practices for the conduct of the activities of the Works Committee as they consider appropriate from time to time; invite to any meeting of the Works Committee such other persons as the members of the Works Committee may agree; exclude from any meeting of the Works Committee such persons as the members of the Works Committee may agree; and receive and review reports from any person or organization agreed to by the members of the Works Committee.
(b) Once established, the Works Committee shall meet at least once each month from Financial Close until the Final Completion Date, unless otherwise agreed by the members of the Works Committee or the Parties.
Procedures and Practices. 1. By May 1, 2014, the college will review and revise, as necessary, the college’s current Title IX policies, procedures and practices to ensure that pregnant students (or students who have been pregnant) are not excluded from participating or treated differently from other students, on the basis of pregnancy or parental status, in any part of the college’s educational program, including consideration for financial aid.
2. By May 15, 2014, the college will submit its proposed revisions to OCR for review and approval. If OCR suggests further revision to the college’s policies, procedures and practices, the college will incorporate the suggested revision unless there is disagreement. In the event of such disagreement, the college will work with OCR to resolve the disagreement in good faith.
3. The college will adopt and implement its revised policies, procedures and practices within 14 calendar days of approval by OCR. It is the intent of the parties that the revised policies, procedures and practices will be adopted and implemented no later than August 1, 2014.
Procedures and Practices. 1. The district will review and revise for OCR’s review and approval, its current policies, procedures, and practices to ensure that all regular and special education and related aids and services are provided to qualified students in accordance with Section 504 and Title II, and their implementing regulations at 34 C.F.R. Part 104 and 28 C.F.R. Part 35. The policies and procedures must specifically ensure that:
a. The district will provide all regular and special education and related aids and services to each student with a disability that the district has determined, in accordance with Section 504 procedures, are necessary to ensure that the student is provided a free appropriate public education, including all of those services identified in a student’s Section 504 plan or individual education program (IEP).
b. The district will implement all provisions contained in each student’s Section 504 plans and IEPs, by consistently providing all regular and special education and related aids and services identified in the plans unless a placement decision consistent with the procedural requirements of Section 504 is made and that particular aid or service is no longer necessary or appropriate.
c. The district will promptly and effectively notify relevant district administrators and staff of a student’s Section 504 plan or IEP so that all regular and special education and related aids and services identified in the plans can be implemented in a timely manner.
2. Within 90 calendar days of receiving OCR’s feedback on the draft policies and procedures reviewed and revised by the district pursuant to section III.A.1. of this agreement, the district will incorporate OCR’s input and adopt and implement the policies and procedures.
Procedures and Practices. 1. The district will review and revise, as needed, its Section 504 policies, procedures, and practices (revised procedures) at Xxxxxx Lake Elementary School to ensure that all provisions contained in Section 504 plans or individualized education programs (IEPs) that are to be implemented in a resource room setting are consistently provided. Specifically, the district’s procedures will ensure all general education teachers and resource room teachers (who provide services to affected students and/or have a need to know) are consistently provided with the Section 504 plans and IEPs of all students who require resource room services, and that specific schedules are developed and followed for all students who require resource room services.
Procedures and Practices. 1. The district will review and revise, as needed, its Section 504 policies, procedures, and practices (revised procedures) at the Alak School (school) to ensure that all provisions contained in Section 504 plans or individualized education programs (IEPs) are consistently provided and that all students on such plans receive the instruction by qualified instructors.
Procedures and Practices. 1. The university will review and revise for OCR’s review and approval, its current policies, procedures, and practices to ensure that disability- related services are provided to qualified students in accordance with Section 504 and its implementing regulations at 34 C.F.R. Part 104. The policies and procedures must specifically ensure that:
a. students receive notice from the university of the opportunity to request disability-related academic adjustments, auxiliary aids, and program modifications and receive notice of any specific university requirements for requesting adjustments, aids, and modifications, including the timeframes and guidelines by which students are expected to submit requests, the name and contact information for the university employee to whom students should submit any requests, and any requirements for appropriate documentation of students’ disabilities and need for adjustments, aids, and modifications;
b. an interactive process occurs between the university and students about obtaining effective academic adjustments, auxiliary aids, and program modifications;
c. when requests for academic adjustments, auxiliary aids, and program modifications are approved by the university, students, relevant university faculty, and staff members are promptly and effectively notified so that the academic adjustments, auxiliary aids, and program modifications can be implemented in a timely manner; and
d. when requests for academic adjustments, auxiliary aids, and program modifications are not approved by the university, specific reasons for such decisions are clearly articulated and documented in writing to students; and, as applicable, students are informed of any additional information the university needs to reevaluate students’ requests.
2. Within 90 calendar days of receiving OCR’s feedback on the draft policies and procedures reviewed and revised by the university pursuant to section III.A.1. of this agreement, the university will incorporate OCR’s input and adopt and implement the policies and procedures.
