Mortgagor shall keep proper books of record and account in which complete and correct entries shall be made of Mortgagor’s transactions in accordance with the method of accounting required in the Credit Agreement and shall furnish or cause to be furnished to Mortgagee the reports required to be delivered pursuant to the terms of the Credit Agreement.
