Common use of Records; Visits Clause in Contracts

Records; Visits. The books and records pertaining to the Trust, which are in the possession or under the control of PFPC, shall be the property of the Trust. Such books and records shall be prepared and maintained as required by the 1940 Act and other applicable securities laws, rules and regulations. The Trust and Authorized Persons shall have access to such books and records at all times during PFPC's normal business hours. Upon the reasonable request of the Trust, copies of any such books and records shall be provided by PFPC to the Trust or to an Authorized Person, at the Trust's expense.

Records; Visits. The books and records pertaining to the each Trust, which are in the possession or under the control of PFPC, shall be the property of the that Trust. Such books and records shall be prepared and maintained as required by the 1940 Act and other applicable securities laws, rules and regulations, including in particular, Section 31 of the 1940 Act. The Each Trust and Authorized Persons shall have access to such books and records at all times during PFPC's ’s normal business hours. Upon the reasonable request of the a Trust, copies of any such books and records shall be promptly provided by PFPC to the Trust that Fund or to an Authorized Person, at the that Trust's ’s expense.

Such books and records shall be prepared and maintained as required by the 1940 Act and other applicable securities laws, rules and regulations. Such books and records shall be prepared and maintained as required by the 1940 Act and other applicable securities laws, rules and regulations. The Trust and Authorized Persons shall have access to such books and records at all times during PFPC's PFPC Distributors’ normal business hours. Upon the reasonable request of the TrustTrust or any Fund, copies of any such books and records shall be provided by PFPC Distributors to the Trust or to an Authorized Person, at the Trust's ’s expense.

Such books and records shall be prepared and maintained by PFPC as required by the 1940 Act and other applicable securities laws, rules and regulations. Upon the reasonable request of the Trust, copies of any such books and records shall be provided by PFPC to the Trust or to an Authorized Person, at the Trust's expense.

Upon the reasonable request of the Trust, copies of any such books and records shall be provided by PFPC Trust to the Trust or to an Authorized Person, at the Trust's ’s expense.
