Common use of Recourse; Limited Obligations Clause in Contracts

Recourse; Limited Obligations. This Agreement is made with full recourse to each Grantor and pursuant to and upon all the warranties, representations, covenants and agreements on the part of such Grantor contained herein, in the Loan Documents and the other Secured Credit Documents and otherwise in writing in connection herewith or therewith, with respect to the Secured Obligations of each applicable Secured Party. It is the desire and intent of each Grantor and each applicable Secured Party that this Agreement shall be enforced against each Grantor to the fullest extent permissible under the laws applied in each jurisdiction in which enforcement is sought. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, and in furtherance of the foregoing, it is noted that the obligations of each Grantor that is a Subsidiary Party have been limited as expressly provided in the Subsidiary Guaranty and are limited hereunder as and to the same extent provided therein.
