Recourse; Limited Obligations. This Guarantee is made with full recourse to the Guarantor and pursuant to and upon all the warranties, representations, covenants and agreements on the part of the Guarantor contained herein, in the Agreement and the other [Loan] Documents and otherwise in writing in connection herewith or therewith. It is the desire and intent of the Guarantor and the Agent that this Guarantee shall be enforced against the Guarantor to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law applied in each jurisdiction in which enforcement is sought.
