Common use of Recourse to Courts Clause in Contracts

The Club agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the Disciplinary and Grievance Regulations and agrees that it will exhaust all avenues open to it under those Regulations to resolve any grievance, disciplinary or other incident in relation to the Competition, before commencing any action in any court of law or external tribunal.
