Recovery Against Landlord. Tenant shall look solely to ------------------------- Landlord's interest in the Building Real Property (including any proceeds of sale of the Building Real Property and insurance proceeds received by Landlord with respect to the Building Real Property) for the recovery as provided under applicable law of any judgment against Landlord; provided, however, that Tenant shall not be entitled to recover out of any insurance proceeds received by Landlord which Landlord is applying or has a good faith intention to apply to work on the Building and actually applies to work on the Building in accordance with this Lease. Landlord, or if Landlord is a partnership, its partners whether general or limited, or if Landlord or any constituent partner or Landlord is a corporation, its directors, officers and shareholders, shall never be personally liable for any such judgment.
