Recovery of Az ISA Operating Costs. (a) By the 15th day of each month, the TP shall provide the Az ISA with its Transmission Provider Retail Load (or “TPRL”) as defined in Rate Schedule 1. The Az ISA shall use each Participating Utilities’ TPRL value to calculate the Aggregate Retail Load (or “AGGRL”) as defined in Rate Schedule 1.
