Common use of Recovery of City Costs Clause in Contracts

Recovery of City Costs. Within ten (10) days following City’s delivery to Developer of an invoice detailing such costs, Developer shall reimburse City for all City costs, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred in reviewing instruments and other legal documents proposed to effect a Transfer of this Agreement, the Subject Property or the Improvements, or part thereof or interest therein, and in reviewing the qualifications and financial resources of a proposed successor, assignee, or transferee.

Recovery of City Costs. Within Developer shall reimburse City for all costs, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, incurred in reviewing instruments and other legal documents proposed to affect a Transfer under this Agreement and in reviewing the qualifications and financial resources of a proposed successor, assignee, or transferee within ten (10) days following City’s delivery to Developer of an invoice detailing such costs, Developer . This Section 7.6 shall reimburse City for all City costs, including but not limited apply to reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred Transfers described in reviewing instruments and other legal documents proposed to effect a Transfer clauses (i) through (iv) of this Agreement, the Subject Property or the Improvements, or part thereof or interest therein, and in reviewing the qualifications and financial resources of a proposed successor, assignee, or transfereeSection 7.3.
