Common use of Recovery of City Costs Clause in Contracts

Recovery of City Costs. Within ten (10) days following City’s delivery to Developer of an invoice detailing such costs, Developer shall reimburse City for all City costs, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred in reviewing instruments and other legal documents proposed to effect a Transfer of this Agreement, the Subject Property or the Improvements, or part thereof or interest therein, and in reviewing the qualifications and financial resources of a proposed successor, assignee, or transferee.

Recovery of City Costs. Within ten (10) days following City’s delivery to Developer Borrower of an invoice detailing such costs, Developer Borrower shall reimburse City for all City costs, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred in reviewing instruments and other legal documents proposed to effect affect a Transfer of this Agreement, the Subject Property Property, or the ImprovementsProject, or part thereof or interest thereinthereof, and in reviewing the qualifications and financial resources of a proposed successor, assignee, or transferee.

Within ten (10) days following City’s delivery to Developer of an invoice detailing such costs, Developer shall reimburse City for all reasonable City costs, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ feesfees [(up to $2,500 unless otherwise approved by Developer)], incurred in reviewing instruments and other legal documents proposed to effect a Transfer of this Agreement, the Subject Property or the Improvements, or part thereof or interest therein, and in reviewing the qualifications and financial resources of a proposed successor, assignee, or transferee.

Recovery of City Costs. Within ten (10) days following City’s delivery to Developer of an invoice detailing such costs, Developer shall reimburse City for all City costs, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred in reviewing instruments and other legal documents proposed to effect affect a Transfer of under this Agreement, the Subject Property or the Improvements, or part thereof or interest therein, Agreement and in reviewing the qualifications and financial resources of a proposed successor, assignee, or transfereetransferee within ten days following City’s delivery to Developer of an invoice detailing such costs. This Section 7.6 shall not apply to Transfers described in Section 7.3.
