Recovery of Grant Funds upon Termination. If this Agreement is terminated under any of Sections 9.b.i, 9.b.ii, 9.b.iii or 0.x.xx, Recipient shall return to ODOT all Grant Funds disbursed to Recipient within 15 days after ODOT’s written demand for the same.
