Recovery of Misexpenditure. (a) LPHA’s Response. From the effective date of the notice of Misexpenditure, LPHA shall have the lesser of: (i) 60 calendar days; or (ii) if a Misexpenditure relates to a Federal Government request for reimbursement, 30 calendar days fewer than the number of days (if any) OHA has to appeal a final written decision from the Federal Government, to either:
