Recovery of Overdue Fees. Without prejudice to any other provisions of this Loan Agreement, the Lender shall be entitled (and the Borrower hereby irrevocably authorises the Lender), at any time and from time to time, to apply any credit balance (whether or not then due) to which the Borrower is then entitled on any account with the Lender in (or towards) satisfaction of the sum or sums from time to time owing by the Borrower to the Lender under and/or pursuant to the Loan Documents. The Lender is not obliged to exercise its rights under this Clause 10.5, but if the rights are exercised, the Lender shall give notice to the Borrower of any such application promptly thereafter.
