Recovery of Pre-Payments. Where an employee has arranged bridging under Clause 18.05 a) or is receiving full pay from their health recovery accrual while an application for Short-term Disability or Long-term Disability is being processed or appealed, and the employee is denied Workers’ Compensation Board benefits or Short-term Disability or Long-term Disability benefits, the Employer shall recover the pre- payment of the health recovery credits from the employee’s wages using the following procedure:
