Common use of Recovery of Start-Up and Development Costs Clause in Contracts

Recovery of Start-Up and Development Costs. As provided for in the ISO/TO Agreement, as soon as practicable, the ISO shall reimburse the Transmission Owners for all costs associated with the start-up and establishment of the ISO. Such costs shall include, but are not limited to, the costs associated with: the transfer of the current NYPP Energy Control Center buildings and facilities to the ISO start-up and development costs, including but not limited to software development and licensing costs, project development costs, and regulatory costs.
