Recovery or Recoupment. If we make any payments to, for, or on behalf of a member and it is determined that such payments were made for matters not covered by this Protection Plan or are otherwise prohibited by applicable law, we shall as permitted by applicable law have the right to seek recovery or recoupment of such payments.
