Recovery Processes. 7.7.1 All recovery notices will be issued in accordance with the regulations and in a timely manner to ensure efficient and effective recovery. 7.7.2 Where payments become overdue, EK Services will take individual circumstances into consideration and where possible (and appropriate) will make a reasonable arrangement for payment.
Recovery Processes. 8.6.1 The collection of income in respect of invoices raised must follow a standard procedure, which fully documents the efforts made to settle the debt. The service raises the invoice in the first instance and if payment of the invoice is made in full, no further action will be taken. If payment is not made, before further recovery action commences, system generated reminder will be issued. The reminder will be sent in line with the relevant recovery notice timetable.
