Common use of Recreational Use of Employer's Vehicles and Communication Facilities Clause in Contracts

Recreational Use of Employer's Vehicles and Communication Facilities. It is the intent of the Employer that, where Employees are required to obtain accommodation at a point distant from their place of residence they will be permitted reasonable personal use of an Employer's vehicle, if available, during their non-working hours. The Employer recognizes the frequent isolation of some of the Employees as a result of the nature and location of the Employer's operations. The Employer, therefore, agrees to permit reasonable personal use by Employees of the communication facilities at the work site.
