Common use of RECRUITING INCENTIVE Clause in Contracts

RECRUITING INCENTIVE. As a recruiting incentive in order to 5 enable the District to attract and retain the best available teachers and 6 pursuant to the authority of Government Code Section 3543.2, subdivision 7 (d), the maximum creditable years of prior public school teaching 8 experience shall be ten (10) years. Service in the Peace Corps shall be 9 treated on the same basis as military service.
