Common use of Recruiting/Placement Firms Clause in Contracts

Recruiting/Placement Firms. If Executive desires, in Executive’s sole discretion, to work with any recruiting or placement firm in connection with the search for, and securing of, a position with another employer, and such firm is subject to any agreements or other understandings with the Company that would otherwise restrict such firm from working with Executive, the Company will fully and irrevocably waive any such restrictions. Further, the Company will, at its sole cost and expense, take all reasonable actions, including providing any written notices, consents, amendments to agreements or entering into new agreements as any such firm may reasonably require to fully implement the waiver provided in the immediately preceding sentence.
