Common use of Rectification of fault Clause in Contracts

Rectification of fault. 13.1 The Distribution Licensee shall be responsible for the rectification of faults in the distribution system affecting the injection of energy/supply of energy into/from the Distribution System Provided that the Distribution licensee shall rectify faults in the distribution system so affecting the injection of energy / supply of energy into/from the Distribution System within the time limits as specified by the Commission in the Standards of Performance Regulations, except in the circumstances where an exemption is allowed in accordance with the Standards of Performance Regulations.

Rectification of fault. 13.1 23.3.1 The Distribution Licensee shall be responsible for the rectification rectification of faults in the distribution system affecting the injection of energy/supply of energy into/from electricity by the Distribution System Supplier to the consumer: Provided that the Distribution licensee shall rectify faults in the distribution system so affecting the injection of energy / supply of energy into/from electricity to the Distribution System consumer within the time limits as specified may be specified by the Commission in the Standards of Performance Regulations, except in the circumstances where an exemption is allowed in accordance with the Standards of Performance Regulations.
