Common use of Recurring Fees Clause in Contracts

Recurring Fees. Some of the Services we provide may requires Service Fees to be paid for on a recurring basis (‘Subscription Services’). By activating or using a Subscription Service (including after the completion of any trial period, if applicable), if you agree to pay the recurring fees applicable to such Subcription Service listed in our Fee Schedule or as set out on the Airwallex Platform, or as otherwise agreed in writing (‘Subscription Fee’).
