Recurring Fees. Recurring charges begin on the date that ALEC Inc., executes the written document accepting the Remote Collocation Space pursuant to Section 7, or on the date ALEC Inc., first occupies the Remote Collocation Space, whichever is sooner. If ALEC Inc., fails to schedule and complete a walkthrough pursuant to Section 7 within fifteen (15) days after BellSouth releases the space for occupancy, then BellSouth shall begin billing ALEC Inc., for recurring charges as of the sixteenth (16) day after BellSouth releases the Remote Collocation Space. Other charges shall be billed upon request for the services. All charges shall be due as dictated by ALEC Inc.,’s current billing cycle.
