Recycled Materials Usage. Tenant shall be entitled to use recycled materials in its Leasehold Improvements and Alterations if so permitted either pursuant to the Tenant Construction Manual, or as may be consented to by the Landlord, acting reasonably.
Recycled Materials Usage. (i) Tenant shall be entitled to use recycled materials in its Leasehold Improvements and Alterations if so permitted either pursuant to the Design Criteria Manual, or as may be consented to by Landlord, acting reasonably.
(ii) Tenant shall be entitled to use recycled furniture, fixtures and equipment in the Premises to the extent consistent with the Environmental Objectives and the Design Criteria Manual.
(iii) Tenant agrees to recycle or cause its contractor to recycle as much as possible any waste created in the demolition of existing Leasehold Improvements or Alterations within the Premises so as to minimize the amount of waste ending in landfill. Landlord reserves the right to monitor and measure the amount of waste leaving the Building from the Premises and going to landfill from time to time. If available, Landlord agrees to provide to Tenant a staging area for the sorting and recycling of materials during construction.
(iv) Tenant agrees to consider locally sourced materials where possible in the completion of Leasehold Improvements and any subsequent Alterations, consistent with the terms as set out in the Design Criteria Manual.
