Directory Board. The Tenant shall be entitled at its expense to have its name shown upon the directory board of the Building and the Landlord shall design the style of such identification and the directory board shall be located in an area designated by the Landlord in the main lobby of the Building.
Directory Board. Landlord may erect and maintain a directory board in the main lobby of the Building which shall indicate the name of Tenant and the location of the Premises within the Building. Tenant shall pay Landlord’s cost of changes thereto, and any other signage with respect to the Premises. Should sufficient space exist on the directory board, Landlord may provide to Tenant, at Tenant’s expense, additional entries as requested. The directory board shall be exclusively controlled by Landlord and shall be for identification only and not for advertising. Landlord’s acceptance of any name for listing on the directory board will not be deemed, nor will it substitute for, Landlord’s consent, as required by this Lease, to any Transfer.

Landlord shall have the option to maintain, in place of any such directory board, a computerized directory with display screen which has the capacity to accommodate Tenant’s designation of names as set forth above. The listing of any name other than that of Tenant, whether on the Building directory, or on the doors or windows of the Premises, or otherwise, shall not operate to vest any right or interest in this Lease or in the Premises in such person or entity, or be deemed to constitute the consent of Landlord to an assignment or sublease.
