Directory Board. Tenant shall be entitled at Landlord’s expense to have its name shown upon the Directory Board of the Building, which Directory Board may be a free standing or computerized directory board. Landlord shall designate the style of the Directory Board as well as the amount of space to be allocated to Tenant, which Board shall be located in an area designated by Landlord in the main lobby of the Building.

Directory Board. Landlord may erect and maintain a directory board in the main lobby of the Building which shall indicate the name of Tenant and the location of the Premises within the Building. Tenant shall pay Landlord’s cost of changes thereto, and any other signage with respect to the Premises. Should sufficient space exist on the directory board, Landlord may provide to Tenant, at Tenant’s expense, additional entries as requested. The directory board shall be exclusively controlled by Landlord and shall be for identification only and not for advertising. Landlord’s acceptance of any name for listing on the directory board will not be deemed, nor will it substitute for, Landlord’s consent, as required by this Lease, to any Transfer.

Directory Board. The Tenant shall be entitled to have one name for its company inserted in the Directory Board of the Building and the Landlord shall design the style of such identification, and the Director Board shall be located in an area designated by the Landlord in the main lobby.

Directory Board. The Tenant shall be entitled to have its xxxxx shown upon the directory board in the Building at the Tenant's expense, but the Landlord shall in its sole discretion design the style of such identification and allocate the space on the directory board for each tenant.

Directory Board. Lessee shall be entitled to have its name shown upon the Directory Board of the Building. Lessor shall designate the style of the Directory Board as well as the amount of space to be allocated to Lessee, which Board shall be located in an area designated by Lessor in the main lobby of the Building. As well Lessee may have its name placed upon the monument sign subject to TPA's Design Control Committee, and that of Lessor.

Directory Board. To maintain at the main entrances and in all other places as the Landlord shall deem fit directory boards and to allot space thereon for Tenant’s name to be affixed in such uniform lettering or characters as shall be designated by the Landlord.

(collectively, the "Indemnifier") OF THE SECOND PART In order to induce the Landlord to enter into the Lease (the "Lease") dated the 25TH day of JUNE, 1999, and made between the Landlord and TECHWEST MANAGEMENT INC., as Tenant, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency whereof is hereby acknowledged, the Indemnifier hereby makes the following indemnity and agreement (the "Indemnity") with and in favour of the Landlord: (a) The Indemnifier hereby agrees with the Landlord that at all times during the Term of the Lease and any extensions or renewals thereof or overholding by the Tenant under the Lease, it will (i) make the due and punctual payment of all Rent, monies, charges and other amounts of any kind whatsoever payable under the Lease by the Tenant whether to the Landlord or otherwise; (ii) effect prompt and complete performance and observance of all and singular the terms, covenants and conditions contained in the Lease on the part of the Tenant to be kept, observed and performed; and (iii) indemnify and save harmless the Landlord from any loss, costs or damages arising out of any failure by the Tenant and the Indemnifier to pay the aforesaid Rent, monies, charges and other amounts of any kind whatsoever payable under the Lease or resulting from any failure by the Tenant and the Indemnifier to observe or perform any of the terms, covenants and conditions contained in the Lease. (b) The Indemnifier's covenants and obligations set out in paragraph (a) above will not be affected by any disaffirmance, disclaimer, repudiation, rejection, termination or unenforceability of the Lease or by any other event or occurrence which would have the effect at law of terminating any obligations of the Tenant prior to the termination of the Lease whether pursuant to court proceedings or otherwise and no surrender of the Lease to which the Landlord has not provided ...

Directory Board. During the Term, Tenant shall have the right to designate one (1) name (a department or individual) per thousand square feet of Rentable Area in the Premises occupied by Tenant for placement on the directory board in the lobby of the Building. Landlord shall have the option to maintain, in place of the directory board in the lobby of the Building, a computerized directory with display screen which has the capacity to accommodate Tenant’s designation of names as set forth above.
