Common use of Recycled Paper Clause in Contracts

Recycled Paper. The Contractor shall use recycled paper for invoices, Bills, reports, and public education materials. The recycled paper shall have at least thirty percent (30%) post-consumer recycled content for uncoated paper and ten percent (10%) post-consumer recycled content for coated paper based on federal standards. Contractor shall state on all materials prepared with post-consumer recycled content the following: “Printed on Recycled Paper.”

The recycled paper shall have at least products with a minimum of thirty percent (30%) post-consumer recycled content for uncoated paper and ten percent (10%) post-consumer recycled content for coated paper based on federal standardsfor all services provided under this Agreement, including office administration, reports, and communications with customers. All materials prepared by Contractor for distribution to Customers shall state on all materials prepared with post-consumer recycled content the following: “Printed on Recycled Paper.”
