Recycling Regulations. Tenant shall comply with all orders, requirements and conditions now or hereafter imposed by any ordinances, laws, orders and/or regulations (hereinafter collectively called "regulations") of any governmental body having jurisdiction over the Premises or the Building, whether required of Landlord or otherwise, regarding the collection, sorting, separation and recycling of waste products, garbage, refuse and trash (hereinafter collectively called "waste products") including but not limited to the separation of such waste products into receptacles reasonably approved by Landlord and the removal of such receptacles in accordance with any collection schedules prescribed by such regulations. Landlord reserves the right (a) to refuse to accept from Tenant any waste products that are not prepared for collection in accordance with any such regulations, and (b) to require Tenant to pay all costs, expenses, fines, penalties or damages that may be imposed on Landlord or Tenant by reason of Tenant's failure to comply with any such regulations.

Landlord reserves the right (a) to refuse to accept from Tenant any waste products that are not prepared for collection in accordance with any such regulations, and (b) to require Tenant to pay all costs, expenses, fines, penalties or damages that may be imposed on Landlord or Tenant by reason of Tenant's ’s failure to comply with any such regulations.
