Common use of Red Hat Products Clause in Contracts

Red Hat Products. “Red Hat Products” means the Red Hat branded commercial offerings as defined in the Enterprise Agreement or Order Form. “Documentation” means user manuals, training materials, software descriptions and specifications, brochures, technical manuals, license agreements, supporting materials and other printed information, whether distributed in print, electronic or video format.

Red Hat Products. “Red Hat Products” means the Red Hat branded commercial offerings Software Subscriptions (as defined in the Enterprise Agreement Agreement) and related Documentation in Exhibit A, as well as any other Red Hat-branded products or Order Formservices agreed to by the parties. “Documentation” means user manuals, training materials, software descriptions and specifications, brochures, technical manuals, license agreements, supporting materials and other printed information, whether distributed in print, electronic or video format.
