Redeeming TD Rewards Points for Travel Purchases made through Expedia For TD Every 200 TD Rewards Points redeemed are worth $1 in travel savings off the cost of Travel Purchases made through Expedia For TD. Redemptions can only be made in 200 TD Rewards Point increments. When you make a Travel Purchase through Expedia For TD, you can only redeem those TD Rewards Points that are recorded in your TD Rewards Points Balance at the time you are making that Travel Purchase, even if the Travel Purchase requires only a deposit at that time. As a reminder, when you redeem TD Rewards Points towards a Travel Purchase that you are making through Expedia For TD, any credit that is applied to your Travel Purchase for the TD Rewards Points you are redeeming will reduce or cancel the TD Rewards Points to be earned for that Travel Purchase. When you redeem TD Rewards Points towards only a portion of your Travel Purchase: 1) The dollar value of the TD Rewards Points you have redeemed will be applied as a credit to the full amount of that Travel Purchase charged to your Account and only the Net Amount of that Travel Purchase will be charged to your Account; and 2) You will only earn TD Rewards Points on the Net Amount of that Travel Purchase.

  • STRS PICK-UP The Board agrees, as a condition of employment, to tax shelter employee contributions to the State Teacher's Retirement System (STRS) in accordance with State Retirement System and Federal Internal Revenue Service guidelines and restrictions. This section in no way implies that the Board will contribute any portion of the employee's share of retirement contributions. For purposes of this paragraph, total annual salary and salary per pay period of each bargaining unit member shall be the salary otherwise payable under this Agreement, as amended. The total annual salary and salary per pay period of each member shall be payable by the Board in two parts: (1) deferred salary and (2) cash salary. A member's deferred salary shall be equal to that percentage of said member's total annual salary or salary per pay period which is required from time to time by the State Teachers Retirement System (STRS) to be paid as an employee contribution by said member as a pickup of the STRS employee contribution otherwise payable by said member. A member's cash salary shall be equal to said member's total annual salary or salary per period less the amount of the pickup for said member and shall be payable, subject to applicable payroll deductions, to said member. The Board's total combined expenditures for members' total annual salaries otherwise payable under this Agreement, as amended, (including pickup amounts) and its employer contributions to STRS shall not be greater than the amounts it would have paid for those items had this provision not been in effect. The Board shall compute and remit its employer contributions to STRS based upon total annual salary, including the "pickup". The Board shall report for Federal and Ohio income tax purposes as a member's gross income said member's total annual salary less the amount of the "pickup". The Board shall report for municipal income tax purposes as a member's gross income said member's total annual salary, including the amount of the pickup. The pickup shall be included in the member's total annual salary for the purpose of computing daily rate of pay, for determining paid salary adjustments to be made due to absence, or for any other similar purpose. The pickup shall apply to all payroll payments made after the effective date of this provision. Should the Board's payment of deferred salary cause an individual bargaining unit member's annuity contributions to exceed the IRS permissible level, any such individual shall have the right to adjust annuity deductions within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this provision.

  • Distributions Payable in Cash; Redemption Payments In the event that the Board of the Investment Company shall declare a distribution payable in cash, the Investment Company shall deliver to FTIS written notice of such declaration signed on behalf of the Investment Company by an officer thereof, upon which FTIS shall be entitled to rely for all purposes, certifying (i) the amount per share to be distributed, (ii) the record and payment dates for the distribution, and (iii) that all appropriate action has been taken to effect such distribution. Once the amount and validity of any dividend or redemption payments to shareholders have been determined, the Investment Company shall transfer the payment amounts from the Investment Company's accounts to an account or accounts held in the name of FTIS, as paying agent for the shareholders, in accordance with any applicable laws or regulations, and FTIS shall promptly cause payments to be made to the shareholders.

  • Net Asset Value, Distributions, and Redemptions Section 1. Determination of Net Asset Value, Net Income, and Distributions. Distribution assistance fee payments shall be made only to Recipients that are registered with the SEC as a broker-dealer or are exempt from registration. The distribution assistance to be rendered by the Recipients in connection with the sale of Shares may include, but shall not be limited to, the following: distributing sales literature and prospectuses other than those furnished to current Shareholders, providing compensation to and paying expenses of personnel of the Recipient who support the distribution of Shares by the Recipient, and providing such other information and services in connection with the distribution of Shares as the Distributor or the Fund may reasonably request.

  • Distribution Assistance Fees (Asset-Based Sales Charge) Within ten (10) days of the end of each month or at such other period as deemed appropriate by the Distributor, the Fund will make payments in the aggregate amount of up to 0.75% on an annual basis of the average during the month of the aggregate net asset value of Shares computed as of the close of each business day (the “Asset-Based Sales Charge”) outstanding until such Shares are redeemed or converted to another class of shares of the Fund, provided, however, that a majority of the Independent Trustees may, but are not obligated to, set a time period (the “Fund Maximum Holding Period”) from time to time for such payments. Such Asset-Based Sales Charge payments received from the Fund will compensate the Distributor for providing distribution assistance in connection with the sale of Shares. The distribution assistance to be rendered by the Distributor in connection with the Shares may include, but shall not be limited to, the following: (i) paying sales commissions to any broker, dealer, bank or other person or entity that sells Shares, and/or paying such persons “Advance Service Fee Payments” (as defined below) in advance of, and/or in amounts greater than, the amount provided for in Section 3(b) of this Agreement; (ii) paying compensation to and expenses of personnel of the Distributor who support distribution of Shares by Recipients; (iii) obtaining financing or providing such financing from its own resources, or from an affiliate, for the interest and other borrowing costs of the Distributor's unreimbursed expenses incurred in rendering distribution assistance and administrative support services to the Fund; and (iv) paying other direct distribution costs, including without limitation the costs of sales literature, advertising and prospectuses (other than those prospectuses furnished to current holders of the Fund's shares ("Shareholders")) and state "blue sky" registration expenses.

  • Quarterly Portfolio of Investments Services Subject to the receipt of all Required Data, and as a component of the Services, the Administrator will use such Required Data from each Trust, State Street’s internal systems, and other data providers to prepare a draft portfolio of investments (the “Portfolio of Investments”), compliant with GAAP, as of each Trusts’ first and third fiscal quarter-ends. · Each Trust acknowledges and agrees that it will be responsible for (i) reviewing and approving each such Portfolio of Investments, (ii) incorporating such information into such Trust’s filing mechanism, (iii) attaching each of its Portfolio of Investments to its first and third fiscal quarter-end N-PORT filings, and (iv) submitting such Portfolios of Investments as part of such N-PORT filings electronically to the SEC.
