Travel Purchases definition

Travel Purchases means all Purchases of travel and related services (including bookings) under the Program charged to the Account. All Travel Purchases made through Expedia For TD are provided by Expedia or its agents or suppliers. All Travel Purchases made under the Program, but not using Expedia For TD, are provided by third party agencies, suppliers or other travel providers, including any online sites or phone channels operated by Expedia (except for Expedia For TD) and any other online travel agencies, suppliers or providers (the “Other Travel Providers”). Applicable terms of the TD Classic Travel Visa Cardholder Agreement apply to the Program, as do the following additional terms and conditions, which together are referred to as this Agreement. TD Points are earned for Purchases charged to the Account as follows:
Travel Purchases means all Purchases of travel and related services (including bookings) under the Program charged to the Account. All Travel Purchases made through Expedia For TD are provided by Expedia or its agents or suppliers. All Travel Purchases made under the Program, but not using Expedia For TD, are provided by third party agencies, suppliers or other travel providers, including any online sites or phone channels operated by Expedia (except for Expedia For TD) and any other online travel agencies, suppliers or providers (the “Other Travel Providers”). “Restaurant Purchases” means a Purchase made at a restaurant including a fast food restaurant, from a merchant classified through the Visa network with a Merchant Category Code (“MCC”) that identifies the merchant in the restaurant or fast food category .“Foreign Currency Purchases” means a Purchase made in a foreign currency. Applicable terms of the TD Business Travel Visa Cardholder Agreement apply to the Program, as do the following additional terms and conditions, which together are referred to as this Agreement. TD Rewards Points are earned for Purchases charged to the Account as follows:

Examples of Travel Purchases in a sentence

  • Although Travel Purchases made through Expedia For TD or through Other Travel Providers may earn frequent flyer miles, points or other benefits from other travel rewards programs (“Other Benefits”), you cannot redeem Other Benefits under the Program.

  • The payment of all applicable taxes related to travel reward benefits under the Program, including Travel Purchases made through Expedia For TD or through Other Travel Providers, is your sole responsibility.

  • This earn rate applies to a maximum of $50,000 in Travel Purchases on the Account in a calendar year.

  • For Travel Purchases made through Other Travel Providers, TD Rewards Points must be redeemed after the Travel Purchase has been made as explained in “Redeeming TD Rewards Points after a Travel Purchase has been made through Other Travel Providers” section 2 below.

  • The credit provided by the Bank for the amount of any TD Rewards Points redeemed by the Cardholder towards a Travel Purchase or towards taxes payable on that Travel Purchase, whether purchased through Expedia For TD or through Other Travel Suppliers, will not result in the Bank being responsible for the payment of any applicable taxes relating to Travel Purchases made through Expedia For TD or through any Other Travel Provider.

  • You are responsible for confirming the details and terms and conditions of Travel Purchases made through Other Travel Providers, including all travel documents and correspondence required and arrangements for obtaining them from the Other Travel Providers, even if you redeem TD Rewards Points towards those Travel Purchases.

  • TD Rewards Points can be immediately redeemed for Travel Purchases made through Expedia For TD at the time you make the Travel Purchase, as explained below.

  • You are responsible for confirming the details and terms and conditions of Travel Purchases made through Other Travel Providers, including all travel supplier restrictions and reservations that apply to those Travel Purchases, even if you redeem TD Rewards Points under the Program towards those Travel Purchases.

  • TD Rewards Points are not earned on any Purchases that are not posted to the Account, including any Travel Purchases made through Other Travel Providers.

  • All Cardholders are entitled to make Travel Purchases under the Program, using their Card at Expedia For TD or at Other Travel Providers, whether or not TD Rewards Points are or will be redeemed for that Travel Purchase.

Related to Travel Purchases

  • Retail Purchase means a purchase of any goods or services by the use of the Card and may, at the Bank’s absolute discretion and without prior notice, include or exclude any Card transaction as may be determined by the Bank;

  • retail investor means an investor who is not a professional investor;

  • Travel trailer means a vehicle:

  • Travel Supplier means any entity or organization that coordinates or supplies travel services for You.

  • Net Purchases means purchases of goods and services charged to the Account, less refunds and adjustments;

  • central purchasing body means a contracting authority providing centralised purchasing activities and, possibly, ancillary purchasing activities;

  • UK Retail Investor means a person who is one (or more) of the following:

  • Purchases On the settlement date for the purchase (or earlier, if market practice requires delivery of the purchase price before the settlement date), Bank will debit the Cash Account for the settlement amount and credit a separate account at the Bank. Bank then will post the Securities Account as awaiting receipt of the expected Financial Assets. Customer will not be entitled to the Financial Assets that are awaiting receipt until Bank or a Subcustodian actually receives them. Bank reserves the right to restrict in good faith the availability of contractual settlement date accounting for credit or operational reasons.

  • Travel retailer means a business entity that makes, arranges, or offers travel services and may offer and disseminate travel insurance as a service to its customers on behalf of and under the direction of a limited lines travel insurance producer.

  • designated airline means an airline designated and authorized in accordance with Article 3 of this Agreement;

  • Dynamic Purchasing System means a completely electronic process, which has a limited duration, for making commonly used purchases, as more particularly defined and described in the Public Contract Regulations 2015.

  • Takeout Investor means any institution which has made a Takeout Commitment and has been approved by Buyer, in its sole and absolute discretion.

  • Final Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02.

  • Sales Draft means the paper form, whether electronically or manually imprinted, evidencing a sale Transaction.

  • Component purchases means purchases of the component parts of an item that in normal purchasing practices would be made in one purchase. “Separate purchases” means purchases, made sep- arately, of items that in normal purchasing practices would be made in one purchase. “Sequential purchases” means purchases, made over a period, of items that in normal purchasing practices would be made in one purchase.

  • Travel Services means transportation, accommodation or other travel arrangements including, without limitation, air, rail, bus passenger transportation, hotel accommodation and car hire services.

  • Purchasing Manager means the person duly authorized to enter into and administer Contracts and make written determinations with respect to the Contract or his or her designee.

  • Travel means all travel required to complete the tasks identified in the Scope of Work. Travel includes in-state and out-of-state travel, and travel to conferences. PIER natural gas funds should be limited to lodging and any form of transportation (e.g., airfare, rental car, public transit, parking, mileage). Use of match funds for out-of-state travel and travel to conferences is encouraged because the Energy Commission might not approve the use of its funds for such travel. If an applicant plans to travel to conferences, including registration fees, they must use match funds. Applicants should be aware of all state and shall adhere to travel restrictions of using state funds to travel to certain other states pursuant to AB 1887 (2016) and codified at California Government Code Section 11139.8. Applicants should be aware and adhere to specific travel restrictions when using state funds for travel to other states pursuant to AB 1887 (2016) and codified at California Government Code Section 11139.8. All applicants are encouraged to go to the Attorney General’s website https://oag.ca.gov/ab1887 for a current list of states subject to travel restrictions. Grants awarded under this solicitation shall not contain travel paid for with Commission funds (applicants can instead use match funds) to the listed states unless the Commission approves in writing that the trip falls within one of the exceptions under the law.

  • Travel training means providing instruction, as appropriate, to children with significant cognitive disabilities, and any other children with disabilities who require this instruction, to enable them to:

  • Selling Retailer The entity selling the Covered Product and this Agreement.

  • Initial Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Travel Time is the time an Interpreter uses to commute to and from an Appointment. Travel time, if more than one (1) hour each way, is added to the total time of the initial Appointment request. See “Payment for Services, Travel Reimbursement” in Exhibit C – Bid Price for additional information.

  • Purchaser/ User means ultimate recipient of goods and services

  • Original Purchase Price means the price paid by you for the motor vehicle or a maximum of 110% of the market value of the vehicle as defined by Glass's Guide Retail at time of purchase, whichever is the lesser (including all factory fitted accessories) and after any discount given, but does not include the cost of dealer fitted accessories, road fund licence, new vehicle registration fee, fuel, paintwork and/or upholstery protection kits, insurance premiums (including the premium for this policy), warranty premiums, any finance arrears and any such associated costs and any negative equity transferred from a previous finance agreement.

  • Business Travel Policy means our business travel policy. A copy of our current Business Travel Policy is attached as Schedule 1 to Exhibit B.

  • Total Purchase Price means the aggregate amount payable by the Purchaser as set out in Appendix A of this Agreement.
