Redelivery of Designated Space. The AGENCY shall, on the expiration of this Contract, deliver the Designated Space in as good order and condition as it now is, may be changed by the COUNTY, or may be changed by the AGENCY with approval of the COUNTY pursuant to Article V, Section 7. Reasonable use and ordinary wear and tear thereof and damage by fire or other unavoidable casualty, condemnation, or appropriation shall be excepted. The AGENCY shall promptly surrender all keys to the Designated Space to the COUNTY.
