Redemption Fees. If the Fund implements a redemption fee in the future that the Intermediary cannot implement within the requested timeframe despite the Intermediary's best efforts, the Fund agrees to negotiate, in good faith, an interim solution until such time that the redemption fee can be successfully administered.
