Redemption Fraction. “Redemption Fraction” means, for any Equipment Notes subject to a partial redemption, a fraction, the numerator of which is the principal amount of such Equipment Notes that is being redeemed, and the denominator of which is the Outstanding Principal Balance of such Equipment Notes immediately prior to such partial redemption.
