Brokerage Confirmations. The parties acknowledge that to the extent regulations of the Comptroller of Currency or other applicable regulatory entity grant a right to receive brokerage confirmations of security transactions of the escrow, the parties waive receipt of such confirmations, to the extent permitted by law. The Escrow Agent shall furnish a statement of security transactions on its regular monthly reports.
