Common use of Redemption of Bonds with Prepayment Moneys Clause in Contracts

Redemption of Bonds with Prepayment Moneys. By virtue of the assignment of the rights of the Issuer under this Agreement to the Trustee as provided in Section 4.4 hereof, the Company agrees to and shall pay any amount required or permitted to be paid by it under this Article VII directly to the Trustee. The Trustee shall use the moneys so paid to it by the Company to redeem (directly or through the application of maturing principal and interest, if any, of Governmental Obligations in which such moneys are required to be invested) the Bonds on the date set for such redemption pursuant to Sections 7.3 and 7.5 hereof.

By virtue of the assignment of the rights of the Issuer Authority under this Agreement to the Trustee as provided in Section 4.4 8.3 hereof, the Company Borrower agrees to and shall pay any out of Available Moneys the amount required or permitted to be paid by it under this Article VII directly to the Trustee. The Trustee shall use the moneys so paid to it by the Company Borrower to redeem (directly or through the application of maturing principal and interest, if any, of Governmental Obligations in which such moneys are required to be invested) the Bonds on the date set for such redemption pursuant to Sections 7.3 and Section 7.5 hereof.
