Redemption Requests. The DTC/Euroclear Participant notified of acknowledgment of a request to redeem Trust Shares shall be required to effect a transfer to the Transfer Agent (a) the requisite number of Trust Shares through DTC or Euroclear no later than the NYSE Closing Time on the Business Day on which such order is Deemed Received by the Transfer Agent and (b) the Cash Redemption Amount, if any, through the Federal Reserve Bank wire system by no later than 2:00 p.m. E.S.T. on the next Business Day immediately following the Business Day on which such order is Deemed Received by the Transfer Agent.
