Redemptions in Full. Upon the redemption of a Tax Lien in full, the Servicer shall, no later than the 20th day of each February, May, August and November, complete and deliver to the Issuer, the Owner and the Indenture Trustee a liquidation report in the form of Exhibit H hereto (the “Liquidation Report”). An Officer’s Certificate of the Servicer certifying that, based on the information provided by the Collateral Agent and Custodian, the Tax Lien has been paid and satisfied in full, shall be forwarded to the Collateral Agent and Custodian.
