Redemptions-Repurchases. (a) Load Shares presented to Distributor for redemption will be redeemed at the net asset value of such Load Shares in accordance with the Load Prospectus; provided that redemptions of Load Shares subject to the imposition of a contingent deferred sales charge ("CDSC Shares") will be redeemed at the net asset value of such CDSC Shares, less any applicable contingent deferred sales charge, as set forth in the Load Prospectus.
